     Charles A. Goodrich was born on 4 December 1854.¹ He was the son of Charles C. P. Goodrich and Sarah North Porter.¹

     Sarah Ann Smalley married William E. Goodrich, son of Alfred Goodrich and Abigail Howland, on 9 July 1846.¹ She died on 19 August 1859.¹

     Caroline C. Brown married William E. Goodrich, son of Alfred Goodrich and Abigail Howland, in 1862.¹

     William A. Goodrich was born on 5 February 1849 at Gill, Massachusetts.² He was the son of William E. Goodrich and Sarah Ann Smalley.¹ He married Eliza Martin on 15 September 1875.² He resided at Atkinson, Nebraska.²

     Transcribed from Case: "at the age of seventeen years he went to Boston to learn the trade of machinist and study engineering; in 1869, he engaged with the Washington Foundry, St. Louis, Mo., as designer; in 1872, engaged with the Vulcan Iron Company as mechanical engineer, in the construction of blast furnaces, and at the same time did all their designing and drawing; in 1876, was employed as designer of the Broadway Foundry Company; in 1880, elected superintendent of the works, where he constructed some of the largest machinery ever built in the West, e.g., the blowing-engine of the Jupiter Furnace, with a cylinder eight feet four inches in diameter, five foot stroke, weighing eighty tons; in 1881, these works were destroyed by fire; not rebuilt. He was employed by Gould & Ostrander of St. Louis, to construct an oil-mill and cotton-compress at Little Rock, Ark; having completed these works, he went to Atkinson, Neb., purchased a farm of three hundred and twenty acres, and became a farmer."²

     Charlotte Dobson was the daughter of Hon. Peter Dobson.² She married Alfred Russell Goodrich, son of Alfred Goodrich and Abigail Howland, on 18 October 1847.²

     Hon. Peter Dobson emigrated in 1809 from England.¹

     George Dobson Goodrich was born on 4 August 1850.² He was the son of Alfred Russell Goodrich and Charlotte Dobson.¹ He married Maria A. Talcott on 24 May 1876.² He resided at Vernon, Connecticut.²

     Emma A. Jackman married James Ely Goodrich, son of Alfred Goodrich and Lora Day Stebbins, on 6 August 1858.¹

     Lillian Goodrich was born on 16 August 1867.¹ She was the daughter of James Ely Goodrich and Emma A. Jackman.¹

     Helen G. Horton married Ralph Goodrich, son of Alfred Goodrich and Lora Day Stebbins, on 5 January 1859.¹

     Lora Grace Goodrich was born on 26 January 1860.¹ She was the daughter of Ralph Goodrich and Helen G. Horton.¹ She married George E. Lyons on 4 January 1883.¹

     George E. Lyons married Lora Grace Goodrich, daughter of Ralph Goodrich and Helen G. Horton, on 4 January 1883.¹

     Ralph H. Goodrich was born on 29 May 1865.¹ He was the son of Ralph Goodrich and Helen G. Horton.¹

     Martha Winchell married Horace Goodrich, son of Elias Goodrich and Hannah Bailey, on 10 March 1814.¹

     Emerson Goodrich was born on 7 December 1814.² He was the son of Horace Goodrich and Martha Winchell.¹ He has also been reported to have been born 9 June 1820.² He married first Mary Schenck on 28 January 1841.³ He married second Mary Winchell on 10 July 1851.³ He died on 30 May 1887 at age 72.³ He resided at Washington, D.C..³

     Lucy H. Goodrich was born on 12 September 1823.¹ She was the daughter of Horace Goodrich and Martha Winchell.¹ She married George R. Little on 23 October 1842.¹

     George R. Little married Lucy H. Goodrich, daughter of Horace Goodrich and Martha Winchell, on 23 October 1842.¹

     Charlotte L. Ives married George Goodrich, son of Luther Goodrich and Sarah Danforth, on 21 May 1828.¹ She died on 29 October 1848.¹

     Mrs. Charlotte Birge married second George Goodrich, son of Luther Goodrich and Sarah Danforth.¹

     Almira M. Goodrich was born on 29 December 1829.¹ She was the daughter of George Goodrich and Charlotte L. Ives.¹
