     David F. Goodrich was born on 1 September 1815 at Pittsfield, New York.² He was the son of Alpheus G. Goodrich and Ruby Fairchild.¹ He married first Jane Bruce in 1838.² He married second Diana A. Bruce in 1852.²

     Transcribed from Case: "went to Kansas and settled on a farm near Emporia; enlisted, in 1861, in Berdan's Corps of Sharpshooters, in the Army of the Potomac, and was in the battles of Chantilly, South Mountain, Antietam, and Gettysburg."²

     Charles F. Goodrich was born on 23 February 1818.² He was the son of Alpheus G. Goodrich and Ruby Fairchild.¹ He married Martha N. Wynn on 22 August 1847.² He resided at So. Edmeston, New York.²

     Avis Chesbrough married Lester Goodrich, son of Hubbard Goodrich and Susanna Graves, on 14 March 1819.¹ She died on 26 January 1839.¹

     Phylonia Howard married Lester Goodrich, son of Hubbard Goodrich and Susanna Graves, on 16 January 1840.¹

     Almira Goodrich was born on 2 July 1821.¹ She was the daughter of Lester Goodrich and Avis Chesbrough.¹ She died on 21 November 1843 at age 22.¹

     Leander Goodrich was born on 7 February 1822.¹ He was the son of Lester Goodrich and Avis Chesbrough.¹

     Note: Case states that Leander was unmarried. I can only assume this means his data showed he was unmarried at whatever point in time that data was generated and then given to him for compilation.¹

     Susan Goodrich was born on 8 May 1823.¹ She was the daughter of Lester Goodrich and Avis Chesbrough.¹ She married T. Conger.¹

     T. Conger married Susan Goodrich, daughter of Lester Goodrich and Avis Chesbrough.¹

     Lorenzo D. Goodrich was born on 8 December 1824.² He was the son of Lester Goodrich and Avis Chesbrough.¹ He married first Lovina Johnson.² He married second Jane Harding.² He died on 11 July 1863 at age 38.²

     Transcribed from Case: "enlisted as a private in Company D, One-Hundred-and-Tenth New-York Volunteers, in the war of the Rebellion; was promoted to the rank of corporal in his company, and died in city hospital, July 11, 1863."²

     Research Note: Case gives no clue as to which wife was the mother of these four children, or even if they had the same mother. As such, I have left that relationship undefined.³

     Sarah A. Goodrich was born on 10 May 1826.¹ She was the daughter of Lester Goodrich and Avis Chesbrough.¹

     Allen O. Goodrich was born on 8 July 1828 at Palmero, New York.² He was the son of Lester Goodrich and Avis Chesbrough.¹ He married first Melissa E. Howard in 1850.² He married second Ann Rice.² He resided at Greystone, Connecticut.²

     Transcribed from Case: "passed the years of his minority on his father's farm; during these years he received the benefits of the common school. Began life for himself on a farm in the town of Butler, Branch County, Mich. Circumstances being unpropitious, he returned to New Haven, Oswego County, N.Y., where he remained until the breaking out of the Rebellion in 1861, when he enlisted in the Twenty-fourth Regiment New-York Volunteers, Company D, for two years; served his time and honorably discharged; reenlisted in the First Regiment Michigan Volunteers, Company C, for three years or during the war; was in the seven days fight before Richmond. He was soon after taken sick, and sent to the Mills Creek Hospital; transferred to Long Island College Hospital, N.Y., where he began to improve; was again transferred to McDougal Hospital, Ft. Schuyler, New-York Harbor. Here he was enrolled in the U.-S. Invalid Corps, Company H, Tenth Regiment, where he remained until March 4, 1864, when he was mustered out of the U.-S.service, a cripple for life; but "Uncle Sam" gratefully remembers him with a pension of $72.00 per month for his past services."²

     Lydia M. Goodrich was born on 23 February 1841.¹ She was the daughter of Lester Goodrich and Phylonia Howard.¹ She died on 24 February 1845 at age 4.¹

     Jane A. Goodrich was born on 4 December 1842.¹ She was the daughter of Lester Goodrich and Phylonia Howard.¹

     Nancy Fravor married Gardner C. Goodrich, son of Hubbard Goodrich and Susanna Graves.¹

     Amanda Goodrich was the daughter of Gardner C. Goodrich and Nancy Fravor.¹ She married Wesley Royal.¹

     Wesley Royal married Amanda Goodrich, daughter of Gardner C. Goodrich and Nancy Fravor.¹

     Melissa Goodrich was the daughter of Gardner C. Goodrich and Nancy Fravor.¹ She married Daniel Ross.¹
